The wheat beer with the polar bear is a very special and aromatic refreshment.
Thanks to its high wheat content, Huber Weisses has an exceptionally mild and soft flavour. Our own top-fermented, purebred yeast gives it its incomparable taste. The label once showed the brown bear of St. Corbinian, borrowed from Freising’s municipal coat of arms. But for something as refreshing as Huber Weisses, a polar bear is far more suitable of course. Some even talk fondly of the “Weissbär” (“white bear”).
